Tess Cychosz manages the Member Relations team at Sonicbids, an online community and industry leader that helps bands get gigs and promoters book bands. Her expertise lies in Media, Communications and Management. Tess is passionate about music and believes in using the internet and accessible media to help independent and localized musicians find success with their art. 

Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Tess came to Boston in the fall of 2004 to pursue her education. Known for its communication and arts programs, she attended Emerson College and graduated early in the Audio/Radio program, coupling her degree with Business Management and Marketing Communication. While at Emerson, she was the Promotions Director at 88.9fm WERS, a Residence Assistant, and involved in several other campus groups and organizations. 

In addition to music and media communication, Tess has a passion for and is actively involved in the Boston service community. Currently, Tess serves as President for local non-profit group, Minga International and has also worked as an Apprenticeship Teacher for the Eighth Grade Academy program with Citizen Schools.
