Mr. Mirabile is the Managing Director at LaunchPad Venture Group LLC, a Boston-based angel investment group that provides funding to early-stage companies. In addition to his work with the LaunchPad Venture Group, Mr. Mirabile is active with other Boston-area angel investing groups. Mr. Mirabile is the former CFO and General Counsel of IONA Technologies PLC, a Nasdaq-listed provider of mission critical enterprise infrastructure software to Global 2000 companies. IONA was acquired by Progress Software in 2008. Mr. Mirabile is an Adjunct Lecturer at Babson College F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and an Adjunct Lecturer at Boston College Carroll School of Management. Before joining IONA Technologies, Mr. Mirabile was a Managing Director at Race Point Capital Group LLC and was a member of the corporate department of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he was a management consultant with Price Waterhouse's Strategic Consulting Group. Mr. Mirabile is an Advisory Board Member of the Boston University School of Management Executive Business Education for Lawyers, a Business Advisory Counsel Member of Boston College Law School and a member of the Editorial Board of trade publication, New England In-House.

Mr. Mirabile has his J.D. from Boston College Law School ('94) and his B.A., with honors, from Colgate University ('89).
