Chad O'Connor is an accomplished lecturer, author, speech coach/writer and consultant who has helped thousands of people and organizations improve their external and internal communications. In addition to teaching at colleges in the Boston area, including his graduate alma mater Emerson College, Chad brings to the table a well-rounded background from academia, corporate and non-profit work. Chad's work dealing with topics such as image, ethics, popular culture, negotiation and political communication has been published in the Business Research Yearbook of the International Academy of Business Disciplines (IABD) and in Media Ethics magazine. He has presented at conferences including the National Communication Association (NCA), IABD and MassSTAR Youth Leadership. His consulting clients have included the Saudi-American Exchange; International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA); Health Care for All; RedKey Education; LA Program; and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst Chancellor's Office. Chad is a life-long resident of Massachusetts and a proud product of the Randolph Public Schools (a suburb just south of Boston) and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. When Chad isn't too wrapped up in following the major Boston sports teams, he can often be found taking his dog, Buddy, for long walks.
