New Connectors are selected through a formal application and interview process that is managed, coordinated, and decided by existing Connectors. We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we introduce new Connectors at six-month intervals. Connectors who are not sufficiently active are invited to step aside to make room for new Connectors, who regularly re-energize the entire initiative.
As with any network, trust is the foundation for everything we aspire to achieve. Thus, integrity and transparency are deeply important in selecting which individuals are invited to become Connectors.
