BWP’s Value Proposition & Impact: Our Success Stories
Although many of these occur daily, we wanted to share a few of our success stories with you.
Happy New Year to BWP! Greetings from Mark Maloney, President, Boston World Partnerships, Inc.
Recently, a fellow Connector asked me to fill him in on my year, and to share my thoughts and aspirations for 2012. It seemed a “personal” request, so I shared some of my own story in order to give the international economic development work I do a personal “touch”. In sharing those stories I realized that they tell of the international life I live here in Boston.
I hope that by sharing these stories with you, you will get to know me better, and to understand how I might be able to connect you to “Boston” opportunities, no matter where you live or work. In turn, I am hoping you will share your stories with all of us in the BWP community. The better we know the members of the BWP community, the better we will be able to connect for the benefit of Boston and ourselves.

Merci et Adieu: Paola Mesadieu, BWP’s “Content Queen”

In a way to announce Continue reading Merci et Adieu: Paola Mesadieu, BWP’s “Content Queen”

Last week, Boston World Partnerships invited John Della Volpe, Co-founder and Managing Director of SocialSphere, an insight-based strategy company, to present to a group of Greater Boston’s civic and business leaders about how the world perceives Boston based on a set of data collected from the web.
Making Boston Green, Clean and Bright
While the temperamental weather of Boston may not seem conducive to solar deployment, Massachusetts is the leading clean energy state on the east coast and is making solar energy a cornerstone of its energy portfolio. Moreover, the Bay State has a strong, successful history of solar deployment.

Want To Become A Super Connector? Consider Joining A Community Of Connectors
I recently read a blog titled, The 9 Skills Needed to Be a Super-Connector. It was an affirming read as I found many actions on the list are common in the community that BWP has built during the last 2.5 years. I agree with the author that Super Connectors are “naturally friendly people”. They believe Continue reading Want To Become A Super Connector? Consider Joining A Community Of Connectors
