BWP and Grasshopper hosted a three-person panel last week at Ned Devine’s to talk about how brand evangelists are revitalizing brand strategies in the marketing industry. The panel featured Abby Fichtner of Microsoft, Josh Bob of Textaurant and Tess Cychosz of Sonicbids; three online community managers who have successfully built a network of brand enthusiasts and leveraged that community to boost their company’s bottom line.
